Due to continual business expansion, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager with previous experience in delivering healthcare IT and clinical projects from business case development through to delivery. This is a permanent opportunity with an award-winning employer who are at the forefront of technology and innovation.

Working alongside the senior management team, you will bring a consultative, outcomes focused approach to the delivery of projects. Your track record has seen you utilising various project methodologies, consistently delivering on time and within budget, whilst providing strong project governance. Fundamental to this role will be your ability to lead a team, strong senior stakeholder management skills and a proactive approach to ensure that project goals are delivered on time. 

To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • A successful project management background in healthcare 
  • Track record in the end-to-end deliver of projects
  • Previous experience leading clinical teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in a range of project management methodologies
  • Experience in change management is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
