Joining a leader within their domain we have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Lead to provide integrated and enhanced functionality solutions to new and existing enterprise applications to deliver the organisation’s cyber security objectives.

Working within a dynamic, team-orientated environment, you will engage various key stakeholder groups to identity requirements, issues and deliver suitable outcomes including the provision of technical documentation and testing for mobile device management solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Installing, configuration, testing, upgrading and troubleshooting applications across the business
  • Supporting the process of integrating and releasing new applications in a project based and BAU environment
  • Providing an excellent level of customer service and user support across a broad range of divisions
  • Gathering, analysing and validating business requirements including change requests
  • Training business users and maintaining training /procedures/reference materials for key business applications
  • Application testing and completing regular health checks to identify, analyse and report on functionality, reliability or data integrity issues

 

What are we looking for?

 

This position will suit a self-motivated individual who takes ownership for the delivery of positive outcomes within a team environment. Your ability to effectively engage and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders on various requirements or issues will be key to your success.

To be considered, a proven background in the following skills and experience will be required:

  • Previous experience supporting healthcare applications (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in managing mobile devices including iOS and Samsung (mandatory)
  • Experience in multi-factor authentication, cloud, web and mobile applications 
  • Qualifications in Information Technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Project and change management experience is advantageous
