We have a unique opportunity for a senior technology business leader to join a globally recognised organisation as they continue to revolutionise and shape the digital healthcare landscape through emerging technology and innovative solutions.
 
As part of the senior leadership team, this role will suit a dynamic, passionate individual who can successfully partner with high-performing leaders in an exciting period of growth and transformation. Fostering a culture of team collaboration, you will be responsible for leading and growing an experienced team of technology, project professionals and leaders. 
This role will be responsible for driving the organisation’s strategic vision by way of planning, designing and delivering the performance of IT applications, infrastructure and architecture to meet operational needs and priorities. Importantly, you will demonstrate the ability to develop high quality relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including technology specialists, 3rd party providers and executives. 
 
You will leverage your experience in strategic planning and operational alignment to support continuous improvement and growth objectives. Fundamental to this role will be a senior management or executive technology background including IT program management.

To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
 
  • Proven background in a similar senior management capacity; experience in driving IT business strategies, IT programs and portfolios, architecture 
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical IT systems; a clinical discipline is desirable
  • Qualifications in a range of project management methodologies 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong senior executive stakeholder management experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively in a complex, enterprise environment
  • Strong change and risk management background 
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
