Exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated 2nd level technical support analyst to join a reputable healthcare organisation.

Working in a dynamic, team environment, you will be responsible for working on-site, 5 days a week to deliver various project deliverables to support a key technology uplift project. Leveraging your exceptional organisational and problem solving skills, you will have the flexibility to travel to different sites to provide hands-on solutions and project support. Previous experience within the healthcare sector is mandatory.

This position will suit a strong communicator with an outcomes focus. You will bring strong technical ability and the drive to work towards project deadlines.

The following skills and experience will be required:

  • Previous experience working in a Windows 10 & 11 environment
  • Previous healthcare experience (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with workstations, printers, telephony and infrastructure
  • Qualifications in Information Technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • Customer orientated and team player
  • Australian Drivers Licence and own vehicle
