Director - Professional Services (Healthcare)
The opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced project management professional to join a global healthcare leader as they continue to revolutionise and shape the digital healthcare landscape through emerging technology and innovative solutions.
This role will suit a dynamic individual who enjoys collaborating with high performing leaders and is seeking to grow with an organisation that is experiencing continual growth and transformation. Fostering a culture of long-term career development, you will be responsible for leading and growing the regional, cross-functional team made up of IT and clinical professionals.
Fundamental to this role will be a background in a clinical discipline and proven experience in delivering clinical and non-clinical projects from end-to-end. To be successful, your will demonstrate the drive to exceed customer expectations and make a positive impact to the future of healthcare outcomes.
To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills / experience:
- A proven success record in delivering large-scale healthcare IT projects and programs, concurrently; end-to-end (mandatory)
- A clinical background (mandatory)
- Qualifications in a range of project management methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong senior stakeholder management experience
- Experience in change management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively in a large, fast paced environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
