About the Role

We have an excellent career opportunity for a Senior Application Analyst to join a leading healthcare organisation during an exciting time of digital transformation. This role will suit a self-motivated individual who is interested in leveraging their experience in providing project and BAU support to clinical and non-clinical applications, including eMR and PAS systems. As a senior member of the team, you will also bring experience in leading small to medium sized teams, as you will act as the team manager during periods of absence or leave.

Understanding of the full project lifecycle is required as you will assist other teams in building and developing eMR / PAS solutions, testing, analysis, troubleshooting, data migration and liaison with different stakeholder groups in a large-scale environment.

What are we looking for?

We invite individuals who demonstrate the following experience to apply:

• Previous experience in eMR or PAS implementations e.g., iPM, Bossnet, Trakcare, Meditech, Cerner
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver against project deadlines whilst providing operational support
• Ability to navigate in a dynamic team environment and liaise with a diverse range of key stakeholders
