The opportunity
We have an excellent career opportunity for a clinical applications analyst to join a leading healthcare organisation on a permanent basis. Working in a highly collaborative team environment, you will enjoy taking on a diverse role with a variety of challenges. You will act as a conduit between various stakeholder groups, including IT, clinical teams and external vendors, leveraging your strong communication and relationship building skills to ensure the ongoing utilisation and improvement of the applications.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Providing technical analysis and support including the integration, utilisation, optimisation of applications
- Engaging key stakeholders to address user requirements and challenges
- Developing and executing test plans, identifying and troubleshooting bugs and performance issues
- Evaluating workflows, procedures, documentation
- Providing effective change management and training to users
To be considered you must demonstrate the following experience:
- Previous experience supporting clinical applications
- Previous integration experience including HL7
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows – a clinical background is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Previous change management experience
