Join one of Australia’s leading healthcare organisations as they embark on a high profile digital transformation program. Due to project requirements, we currently have an opportunity for an accomplished change manager with previous experience in delivering IT and organisational change projects within healthcare to deliver a key implementation.

Your background will ideally demonstrate a proven track record in successfully leading large-scale transformations combined with a strong ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders from clinical professionals right through to executive management.

We are seeking a self-motivated, leader who brings a strong work ethic combined with a strategic, ‘big picture’ approach. Fundamental to this role will be your ability to lead a large team through organisational change utilising recognised change management methodologies.

To be considered you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in supporting large-scale IT and organisational change projects within the healthcare industry 
  • Proven credentials in facilitating the development and implementation of an effective change management strategy, plans, impact/readiness assessments and overall governance
  • Apply change management methodology to support change activities
  • Experience in influencing and leading large teams through significant change in the development and optimisation of digital healthcare systems
  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior management and leaders
  • Strong documentation skills including the development of change management tools and frameworks
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to facilitate change management
  • Strong track record in managing and mitigating project risks, ensuring project deadlines are met
